Digital life // One year of blogging

Wow. One whole year of blogging. Check. Gonna have me some celebratory cake!

Okay so those first few months were quiet. Mainly due to sickness and exhaustion from pregnancy but also my lack of understanding in how to work the blog and issues with uploading photos. At the time, it seemed easier to just ignore it and put off doing anything about it.

But I got stuck back in and started posting more reguarly after Wilf arrived and I have enjoyed it so much. I have so many post ideas coming to me all the time.

I find I am writing the sort of blog that I like to read. A bit of a mash up, but real honest writing. I like to write up posts that I think will help people, such as my new arrival gift ideas and autumn tele watching.

I am hoping to include some clothing soon. I can’t imagine any cliched blogger photos of me showing off my outfit in front of a pretty wall whilst holding a fake smile, but just showing you what I like and what I buy, it will probably include baby items as Wilf’s wardrobe is bigger than mine!

I also want to introduce some monthly or weekly round ups of what I’m looking forward to or what I enjoyed recently. I don’t want to commit to anything but just put them up as and when it’s relevant to me.

I still can’t really get my head around the fact that there are people reading what I’m writing, it’s crazy!

Thank you for taking the time to read these pages, it means so much. If there is anything you want to see more of, or if you just want to say hi, please do, I would love to hear from you!
